Trish Hudson

Owner and Principal

Trish Hudson knows restaurants, inside and out. Trish started her career in the hospitality industry more than two decades ago, working in the front and back of house in a variety of restaurants. Her natural desire to understand the business behind the food she was serving led her to start working behind the scenes. Fast forward 25 years, and this former Executive Leader has worked in every realm of food service, including sales, operations, team management, purchasing, finance, marketing, distribution, manufacturing, menu development, equipment services, expansion, and revenue growth.

Having reached C-level status in the corporate world, Trish was limited to working with and advising clients in isolated areas of the overall operational flow, leaving her feeling unfulfilled. Driven by a desire to see restaurants and franchises succeed in all aspects of business, she established Holistic Hospitality Solutions in 2016 with an aim to assessing client operations from top to bottom in order to gain efficiencies, save money, and increase the bottom line.

When Trish is not busy working with business owners, visiting new restaurants or travelling, this nature lover and food enthusiast enjoys entertaining friends and playing with her beloved dog, Kado.

Business Highlights

Key Food Equipment Services: Created Equipment Planned Maintenance National Program for customers like The Keg, A&W, Joey and Boston Pizza.

Gordon Food Service: Worked with executive team to build a world-class culinary centre still in operation today.

Sysco Vancouver: Collaborated with Executive Chef at Coquitlam Hard Rock Casino (formerly Boulevard Casino) for the Grand Opening, where she delivered 90% of the supplies; from food and packaging smallwares, to cleaning chemicals. Trish was recognized for this project by being awarded Marketing Associate Of The Year for Sysco Vancouver, and a member of the Chairman’s Club for Sysco North America.

Holistic means servicing your customers responsibly-sourced food at the best value while maintaining profit; holistic means finding ways to finance your operation without sacrificing lifestyle; holistic means giving back to the community and being able to support your family at the same time. Personally, I have seen so many food service owners struggle to run their businesses efficiently and profitably. I want you to be fearless in running your operation. I want you to succeed, full stop.
